Does, the course start or end at a certain time?
Nope.  The Success Academy 2.0, has floating enrollment, and a self-paced curriculum – which means you do the work in your own time, and according to your personal schedule.  If you are going on vacation, have kids out of school, or a sudden batch of free time, you can speed up (or slow down) in your learning. Each module is expected to take about 30 days, but each person’s progress will vary depending on how much foundational work they’ve already done and what else is going on in their business.
How much time do I need to devote to the course each day?
Remember the ad for Burger King, “Have It YOUR Way”? Well, we apply that to the Success Academy too! Make no mistake, there IS work involved- but you can do it daily, weekly, or monthly…… Its totally up to you. The main thing is – to recognize that it’s much more than simply participating in a Face Book group, and chatting with other business owners. You’ll need to be willing to do some reading, listen to the audio training, download the worksheets, and utilize the templates. You may want to customize some of the checklists, or other resources. The Academy is a HUGE time-saver in terms of growing your business, but it doesn’t mean that you don’t have to DO anything. It just means you have to do less, than if you were re-creating everything from scratch (including the wheel).
I just started my business, and I have no (or very few customers). Will this program work for me?
Yes, this coaching program is designed for anyone who is earning $10,000 or less per month in revenues.  If your business is larger than this, there may still be some parts of it that will benefit you, but it’s more likely that another one of my programs will be a better fit for you. If that’s your case, you can contact me at pam@BuildMyCleaningBusiness to find out about the other, more advanced programs I offer (including private coaching). If you haven’t yet started your business (meaning you don’t have a name, license, insurance, clients) or any of the fundamentals that make it a business enterprise, this course doesn’t offer any of those start up activities. So, it may be too advanced for where you are right now. If you want to enroll and get those things taken care asap, that might work, but please contact me at the address above to discuss.
I don't have time to take a course. I need one-on-one help, and I need it now! How can I get that?
Many entrepreneurs (including me) are “motion junkies”, which means that we’re sometimes more interested in taking action, and getting moving, than we are with executing a well thought-out, orderly process. Believe me, I know, how it feels to be chomping at the bit (OK, so we’re not horses). Unfortunately, sometimes when we focus on the tactics and the activities, before we’ve established the foundation and laid the groundwork, it means that our results are very disappointing. On the other hand – sometimes an opportunity presents itself, and we need to jump right into the middle of the stream as opposed to wading in carefully. In those situations the combination of a group program (which provides a sound structure upon which to build our company’s future)  and some private calls is the perfect solution!  It can provide the immediate resources we need to seize the opportunity, along with the structural support we’ll need to cement our future success.
I'm not sure I need all the modules. I just have one or two areas that aren't working well in my business. What should I do?
As I was describing in the previous answer, sometimes a short term solution is exactly what’s needed. But it’s also frequently a sign of underlying issues that will need to be resolved, in order for the short term solution to provide lasting results. Ideally, its recommended to do the modules in the order in which they are presented in the Academy. Because just like in school, you can’t get an “A” in Advanced Neurosciences without an understanding of Basic Anatomy, first. So, I usually recommend that cleaning business owners do modules 1-3 before jumping ahead in the curriculum. If you choose the “one-time” payment option, you can request access to additional modules more quickly. Otherwise, reach out to me if you have a need for some out of order training and I’ll see how I can help. For example: Last month I had a new student who got an opportunity to submit her first (and large) commercial cleaning proposal within a few weeks of enrolling in the Academy. Even though she was technically still working on Module One, she needed help with this opportunity. I’m happy to report that with my help, she closed the account (for about $2500 a month) and is enjoying a nice income boost in her business.

What is the "MasterMind" Group, and why do I need that?
Oh, am I glad you asked that?! (smile) . The Success Academy Master Mind Group is a privateFaceBook community, that I’ve created specifically for Academy members to ask questions of me (and other students in the group) about the content in the modules. I’m in the MM group 5 times a week at a minimum, so if you have any struggle or challenge with any aspect of the training, I’m there to help.  It’s very much a “Master-Mind” in the sense that it’s purpose is: the coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony”.  If you’ve ever been a member of any other industry FaceBook groups (many of which are private, but are free, the difference you’ll notice will be two-fold: 1. The other groups don’t actually offer much (if any) expertise. They will likely be a “democratic” gathering of equals – without a person clearly in charge,  whose role it is to dispense knowledge, information, training, or advice. 2. The other major thing to notice is that the conversations will likely be more unstructured and can veer into being ‘rants’, have a negative tone, and of course since people in those groups frequently don’t introduce themselves, it’s hard to gauge the validity of their “advice”. This is not to say those groups aren’t helpful, but more to point out how they differ from the Success Academy Master Mind Group. OK, I’ll get off of my soapbox now. haha

I'm only interested in residential cleaning. Can you help me grow my business?
Yes, I can help you with that. I ONLY coach cleaning business owners, so whether its residential, commercial , construction clean up, or some combination of the three, I’ve been doing this for over 22 years, and have a lot of experience to share with you. I’ve made a LOT of mistakes,so I’m hoping to save you some time (and trouble) LOL!
I want to expand into commercial cleaning. Can you help with that? How about construction clean - up?
Is there such a thing as a “double yes”? If so, that’s my answer here. See, I’m funny too! OK seriously…..yes when I first started doing coaching I only offered commercial and construction clean-up help. So, I have a strong background in this. You also get a “start” up shopping list to help you in case you’re brand new to the commercial cleaning world and don’t know what to buy, where to buy it, or how much to pay, etc. 
I don't use employees, my workers are Independent Contractors (ICs). Can I still benefit from The Academy?
As you probably already know, with IC-s you have very little control over what they do, or when/how they do it. So, you won’t really need much help with “managing” them, like you do employees. But the modules where I teach you how to recruit, screen, interview, test and enter into a working agreement with them is almost identical for employees OR ICs. And, even with ICs, it’s important to have some expectations & standards clearly agreed upon. This also helps you with quality control and customer service (which you still need) no matter how you classify your workers………………. Unless of course they’re extraterrestrials- in which case you have an entirely different set of problems!
My business is established - (over $100K in annual revenues). Is this course too "basic" for me?
As I mentioned in a previous answer, this first (12 month) level of the Ultimate Success Academy is ideally suited for cleaning service companies that are generating $10,000 or less in monthly revenues. So, somewhere between $120K-$150K, you’ll start to need some more advanced solutions to prepare and manage your progress to the next level in your business. That’s where the Profit Maximizer comes in. However, each cleaning business  owner’s needs are different. So depending on how long you’ve been in business, how much infrastructure  you’ve already established, and what your goals are for your next business stages, we may need to either look at a more advanced program, or add some private coaching, or perhaps both,  to help you reach your goals.
